What is your return policy?
We only accept returns if your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty, or if you've received the wrong item. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and get in touch with us within 14 days so we can make it right. We want you to be completely happy with your jewellery.

Can I exchange an item?
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges - but if your item is damaged or incorrect, we will either send a replacement or refund you, depending on what works best for you.
How do I return an item?
Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a free return shipping label along with simple instructions on how and where to send your item back.
Returns sent to us without contacting us first won't be accepted, so be sure to let us know before sending items back.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If your return is approved (due to damaged, faulty, or if you've received the wrong item), we'll cover the return shipping and provide you with a prepaid label.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes - once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm if the refund has been approved. If approved, we'll return the money back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank to process the refund.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your jewellery arrives back to us, we'll inspect it within 2-3 working days and notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method straight away. Please remember you bank may take a few more days to reflect the refunds.
